NVC will send an appointment notice once the principal applicant and derivatives of the I-130 are scheduled for an interview at the U.S. Embassy Havana. Applicants should not make any firm plans such as disposing of property, giving up jobs, or making travel arrangements at this time. As soon as NVC schedules a case for interview, NVC will contact the petitioner or the petitioner’s attorney (if you designated one).
If an applicant cannot attend their CFRP interview or needs further information, please contact USCIS at Cuba-USCIS@uscis.dhs.gov.
