The U.S. Refugee Admissions Program is not currently accepting new applications or processing cases in Havana.

Applicants are mailed an Active Case Letter and given a pre-screening interview if they appear to meet eligibility criteria.  Those who do not qualify will be sent a letter informing them that they do not meet program requirements.
